Getting to Thredbo
Thredbo Alpine Village is accessible by car from Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra. It is a six hour drive from Melbourne or Sydney and straightforward 2.5 hour drive from Canberra.

We are encouraging conference attendees to car pool. If you are interested in car pooling, then please complete the details on your registration form and we will put you in touch with other attendees who may have similar travel plans.

Flying to Canberra
We recommend attendees choose Qantas, which provides the most flight options for Canberra (Ph: 131313)

Hire Cars
When hiring a car from Canberra, we recommend Thrifty (Ph: 1300 367 227). Remember that you will need to book a snowpack as well through Thrifty as you will be staying above the snowline.

National Park Entry Fee
Note that you will be required to pay a National Park entry fee on the way to Thredbo.
